A recent faculty-student collaboration involved the investigation of the cost structures and pricing practices of local health care providers while another project led to an economics major co-presenting a paper at a professional conference.

St. John Fisher College to Celebrate 12th Annual Philosophy Day

St. John Fisher College will be celebrating the 12th annual World Philosophy Day on Thursday, November 20. This year, the program will focus on ethics and economics. The event will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Jonathan Wight, Professor of Economics from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, and six panel sessions with panelists from Fisher along with several area colleges and Irish universities.
