Sport Management Students Learn the Art of Fine Dining

A group of sport management students in Scott Bryson’s Sport Industry Seminar course were treated to a talk on dining etiquette from Beth Jeffries, Assistant Director of the Career Center.

The seminar class is a requirement of all majors before they are permitted to complete the 120-hour practicum and 400-hour internship.
