J. Jason Berman is Professor of Management at St. John Fisher College where he offers classes in leadership and organizational behavior. Dr. Berman teaches in several Fisher programs including the Executive Leadership Doctoral Program (School of Education), MBA (School of Business), undergraduate Management, and undergraduate Fisher Service Scholarship Program (School of Arts and Sciences). He presently serves the School of Business in the capacity of Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and was previously Interim Dean and Director of the MBA program. For over a decade, Dr. Berman has consulted with the Rochester City School District on issues pertaining to team and leadership development. In 2003, he was honored by the District with the dedication of the Dr. J. Jason Berman Library located in the Family Learning Center. Dr. Berman’s research interests focus on the impact of workplace trust on employee behavior as moderated by institutional and national culture variables.
