Why Study Finance?

At Fisher, you'll gain a deep understanding of current finance theories, practical applications of those theories, and the ethical problems you may encounter in your professional career.

The B.S. in Finance program blends liberal arts learning and professional education to help you develop critical-thinking skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to ethical decision-making.

A Balanced Approach to Curriculum

Fisher's Finance courses will provide you with a well-balanced education that emphasizes practice as well as theory and implementation as well as diagnosis and decision.

Finance majors often pursue careers such as:

  • Financial Analyst

Accelerated Time to an MBA Degree

As a Finance major, you may qualify for the 4+1 MBA program which would allow you to complete your MBA degree within a year of your undergraduate degree.
