Prior to obtaining her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Syracuse University, Judy Graham worked with AT&T Corporation and was one of the youngest employees in the organization to receive a promotion to Senior National Account Executive. She has been a professor at Fisher since 1989. She teaches Customer Behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and Customer Management Strategies at the graduate level. Dr. Graham recently completed the greatly expanded 2nd edition of her casebook, Critical Thinking in Consumer Behavior: Cases and Experiential Exercises, 2nd Ed. (copyright 2010, Prentice Hall). Since the publication of the first edition by Prentice Hall in 2004, this text has consistently ranked as one of the two top-selling consumer behavior casebooks in the world. Her current research interests involve the means through which firms uncover valid and vital customer insights, and gender differences in consumer information processing. She has published scholarly research in numerous journals including the Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, the Journal of Psychology and Marketing, and the Journal of Social Behavior and Personality, and has been quoted as an expert in international popular press magazines such as McCall’s and Family Circle. She has been a visiting professor in Switzerland and most recently for China Europe International Business School in Shanghai, China, having spent two terms there teaching Customer Behavior in their MBA program (CEIBS is ranked the #1 MBA program in Asia-Pacific, and #8 globally, Financial Times, 2009). Dr. Graham lives in Penfield, New York, USA with her husband. They have three grown children, and she and her family travel extensively, having visited England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Australia, China, and almost all of the US National Parks.
