Ronald D. Valenti, Ph.D., directs recruitment and enrollment for the Ed.D. Program in Executive Leadership at The College of New Rochelle. He also serves as faculty instructor, dissertation chair, and advisor. Dr. Valenti’s research specialties include organizational and fiscal leadership at the district, state, and national levels. Dr. Valenti has co-authored a text for doctoral candidates and faculty with two colleagues entitled, Completing the Professional Practice Dissertation. Dr. Valenti speaks regularly on fiscal issues at such statewide professional organizations as the New York State Council of School Superintendents, and leads seminars with school districts on policy and leadership issues. Dr. Valenti is a retired superintendent, serving 28 years in that capacity.
