Eligibility
You will need to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your financial aid eligibility. St. John Fisher College's federal school code is 002821. The Financial Aid Office will send you an estimated financial aid award letter once we have received your FAFSA results and you have been admitted to Fisher.
Full-Time Students
If you are planning to attend as a full-time student (12 or more credits) you should also file the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application. To apply, follow the link at the end of the FAFSA on the web process or access the application directly at www.tapweb.org. St. John Fisher College's TAP school code is 0735.
Billing and Payment Information
Each semester is comprised of two seven-week modules. You will register for classes for both modules prior to the start of the semester and will be billed based on the total number of credits in both modules.
When tuition bills are generated by FisherPay, you will receive an email notification that your bill is available. Your bill will list anticipated financial aid if all the necessary requirements have been completed. Payment due dates can be found on your student bill.
For information on payment options (payment plan, payment reimbursement from employer plan, third-party billing), please contact the Bursar's Office at (585) 385-8061 or by email at bursar@sjfc.edu.
RN-to-BS Refund Policy
A student who is considering withdrawing from the College or dropping a class is strongly encouraged to discuss implications with his/her advisor. A student who decides to withdraw from the College (drop all courses) must officially notify the Registrar's Office in writing of his/her intentions by submitting a petition to withdraw. Students may drop individual courses in Fish 'R' Net under the Registration tab. No refunds will be issued until written notification is received and processed. All Students who withdraw (from all courses or from an individual course) will be charged tuition on a proportionate basis according to the schedule below.
The term "refund" below refers to the percentage of the tuition reduction. Fees are not refundable. As such, the percentage of any payment and/or aid that may be returned to you (if any) may be different. This policy applies to classes that are 7 weeks in length only. The refund policy for other courses can be found on the Bursar's website.
