Sheldon Mitchell '14

As a biology major, Sheldon Mitchell ’14 conducted research on a strain of worms, overseeing several field studies that have developed his interests and fine-tuned his long-term goals.

He says he feels that the courses he has taken both in and outside of his major have helped him develop common sense and have made him a more critical thinker.

As a junior, he served as a peer tutor for freshmen, working with 70 students and department faculty.

He loves Fisher so much that he stuck around to work in the Office of Information Technology to help troubleshoot issues, giving him valuable experience for his minor in information technology.
