M.S. in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development

The M.S. in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development (OL/HRD) Program is designed for people interested in the integrated use of training and development, organizational development, and career development to improve individual performance, team functioning and organizational effectiveness. These competencies are intended to prepare organizational leaders to work in rapidly changing environments in for-profit, not-for-profit and educational settings.

  • Completed in 5 semesters (21 months)
  • Structured for working professionals
  • Classes meet Friday evenings/Saturdays (every other weekend)
  • Begins in Fall Semester

* Provide information about yourself, your goals and plans for the future, and reason for graduate study in your chosen field. The personal statement should be approximately 300-500 words in length. You may submit your personal statement electronically to grad@sjfc.edu or mail it to St. John Fisher College, Office of Graduate Admissions.
