Notes from the Toddler Room

October was such an exciting month for us! We continue to be amazed at how much our friends are learning. October was a month which established greater confidence in our routines and activities. A few friends mastered independent handwashing, and dressing themselves in their coats. We saw new friendships emerge this past month and everyone has been practicing kindness!

Our color themes each week have been a great topic of "conversation" each day. This will continue throughout November. Such excitement when our friends notice our special weekly color at random times...not only on our clothing, but on items around the room and even outside!

Also in October we welcomed our new friend, Jack, and many of our friends have taken on the role of "helper" to assist Jack in his transition. Heartwarming to witness this!

Looking forward to November's fun and more learning. Be on the watch for gobbling turkeys! As always, please get in touch with us if you have any questions or thoughts!
