Students

Students can access their Gmail on or off campus. Additional information on password requirements for logging in, as well as instructions for connecting your mobile device to student Gmail, can be found on the Gmail-Students help topic.

Faculty/Staff

Faculty and staff also have access to the full Outlook application via their office computers. Additionally, Faculty/Staff can access their SJFC mail account through the web at http://webmail.sjfc.edu. Club subscriptions are managed through Fish R Net. Group Email Distribution Lists

In support of the College Email Policy [PDF], OIT provides Faculty and Staff three group email distribution lists for unofficial email communication.  Unofficial email communications are those email communications sent out on behalf of an individual as opposed to email from an academic or administrative unit.  The attached Group Email Distribution Lists [PDF] will show you how to join or leave a group using OWA (webmail).
