Qualtrics - Online Survey Tool
Course Description: This online survey tool offers an easy user interface solution to create, distribute, and send surveys. All faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students can create an account using a valid SJFC email address. By default, first time users are assigned a basic user type. Faculty are asked to oversee student surveys; all surveys are sent out under the St. John Fisher College brand.
Students should collaborate their survey with the professor. After the professor has reviewed the survey, then send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting their user type be changed. The message should indicate if the student is an undergraduate or graduate student with the College, as well as noting that the survey is ready to distribute. Once a student has the right to distribute a survey, those rights apply for all future surveys as well.
This class will discuss how to create and send surveys as well as how to view and work with survey result data.
