If you are in crisis and cannot reach the Reception Desk, please contact the campus office of Safety and Security at (585) 385-8111.
If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know this in advance. If you do miss a scheduled appointment and have not contacted us within five working days, we will have to make that time available to the next student. You may, of course, re-schedule an appointment at a later date.
