Robert E. Tokarz ’71 Named Outstanding Accounting Alumnus of the Year at St. John Fisher College
At its annual Accounting Awards Banquet, St. John Fisher College announced that Robert Tokarz ’71 was named the 2010 Outstanding Accounting Alumnus of the Year. Tokarz is a retired partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he worked for 36 years.

President Bain Serves as Grand Marshal of St. Patrick’s Day Parade
On Saturday, March 13, Dr. Donald Bain, President of St. John Fisher College, presided as the Grand Marshal of the 2010 St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Rochester. Dr. Bain, who traces his Irish ancestry to County Kerry, first visited Ireland in the autumn of 1964.

Fisher Presents the 2nd Annual "America Seen" Photo Lecture
The Department of American Studies and the School of Arts and Sciences at St. John Fisher College are pleased to announce the second annual "America Seen" photography lecture. This year’s speaker will be Karen Halverson, a highly acclaimed landscape photographer. Her lecture, entitled "Photographic Explorations in the American West," will be held Thursday, April 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Basil Hall, room 135. The event is free and open to the public.

Diversity Innovation Awards Presented to Students and Faculty
St. John Fisher College recently held its Fourth Annual Diversity Innovation Awards ceremony to announce the 2009-2010 recipients. The presentation and reception were co-sponsored by Barnes & Noble Booksellers at St. John Fisher College and the Office of Multicultural Affairs & Diversity Programs.
