Library Resources
Lavery Library strives to meet the information needs of 21st-Century students. A blend of traditional and electronic resources covering a broad range of subjects is available to the Fisher community. The library’s print collection is supplemented by an extensive offering of online scholarly resources.
Professional librarians welcome students to the library reference desk with day and evening hours. There is also a 24/7 online chat reference service. Our librarians are information specialists committed to the academic success of all students. Individual research guidance is available by appointment. Librarians also teach classes in information literacy and subject-specific research to all levels of students.
Lavery Library is a member of the Rochester Regional Library Council, representing a regional collection of more than 3,400,000 titles. Interlibrary Loan staff can obtain resources not owned by Lavery Library from regional, national, and international libraries.
