Kristy (Guerra) Marks ’08 and Dawn Borgeest ’82 recently won the two top individual awards at the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Rochester Chapter’s annual PRism Awards on June 19.

Two Basilian Fathers—Father Leo Hetzler, C.S.B., and Father Al Cylwicki, C.S.B.— were honored at St. John Fisher College on Monday, June 16. Thanks to a leadership gift from alumnus Jim Leo ’71, and his wife Kathleen, a lecture hall was dedicated in their honor at the Victor E. Salerno Center for American Enterprise.
On Saturday, June 14, St. John Fisher College held the 2013-2014 College Bound graduation ceremony, recognizing 19 program participants for their accomplishments over the past year.
Pam Carzo and Carolyn Martin, Fisher staff members who serve as the College’s Annual United Way Campaign Co-Chairs, recently received the 2014 United Way of Greater Rochester “Shining Star” Award. This is the second time they have been honored by the organization, having been previously named “Rising Stars” the year they started to chair the College’s campaign.
St. John Fisher College hosted the 25th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament, honoring Father Charles Lavery and Father Joseph Dorsey, on Monday, June 9. The tournament attracted 30 foursomes to Oak Hill Country Club.
