Teddi Dance for Love Surpasses $1 Million Mark

teddi-tshirt.jpg After a year of planning and 24 hours of dancing, the Teddi Dance for Love participants have done it again. This weekend, at the 33rd Annual Teddi Dance, participants raised a total of $51,962.03, helping them surpass a $1 million fundraising total over the last 33 years.

Recent graduates of the St. John Fisher College accounting programs had the highest pass rate of any college in New York State on the 2014 CPA exam in the “large program” category ranking, which includes institutions with over 60 reported first-time testing candidates.

2015 Lobene Lecture to Feature Best-Selling Author Dr. Sherry Turkle March 23

SherryTurkle-Web.jpg St. John Fisher College will present the 2015 Lobene Lecture on Monday, March 23, featuring MIT professor and best-selling author, Dr. Sherry Turkle. Her talk is being sponsored by Mark Lobene ’76, who established the Lobene Lecture Series. It is also being supported by the Digital Cultures and Technologies Program in the School of Arts and Sciences. The lecture will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Cleary Family Auditorium, and it is free and open to the public.
