03/21/2013A total of 11 St. John Fisher College students, faculty, and staff traded in their beach towels for an alternative spring break this year, literally. The group partnered with Alternative Spring Breaks, an organization that coordinates service-learning immersion trips for college students, and made the trek to Harlan, Kentucky, in the Appalachian Mountain region.
