The Student Conduct Representative is a student leadership position at St. John Fisher College. Student Conduct Representatives sit on the Student Conduct Committee Hearing Board, Student Conduct Committee Appeals Board and the Academic Appeals Board. The role of the Student Conduct Representative on these boards is to represent the St. John Fisher College student body and the perspective of students at the College. Student Conduct Representatives assist in the adjudication of the Student Conduct and Academic Hearing Processes.
- Open to all class years and majors
- Must be enrolled full time residential or commuter student
- Must maintain a minimum 2.8 GPA
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to critically think and problem solve
- Good decision making skills
- High level of professionalism
The Office of Student Conduct is concerned with students in relationship to their behaviors while they are St. John Fisher College community members. All students are accountable to the Student Code of Conduct which exists to both support the academic mission of the College as well promote the growth and development of students.
The Office of Student Conduct is committed to fair processes for responding to student behaviors. We consider the student conduct process to be educational in nature and seek to provide a learning experience to all those involved in the process.
