Welcome to Fisher!Transfer & Pharmacy
Admissions
Transferring to Fisher is easy!
Approximately 1/3 of the students that enroll at St. John Fisher College each fall are transfer students. Transfer students find Fisher’s small size conducive to building relationships with faculty, staff, and fellow students. Fisher’s environment makes it easy for transfer students to become involved in internship programs and extracurricular clubs and organizations as well. Our rolling admissions policy, personalized advising, and transfer specific scholarships are just a few more reasons to consider us for your transfer needs. We hope that you will take advantage of the opportunity to speak with a transfer professional from the Office of Transfer & Pharmacy Admissions. Please call the office at 800-444-4640 or email transfer@sjfc.edu to schedule a mutually convenient time.
Transfer Admissions Requirements
Transfer candidates must have a cumulative index of at least 2.000 (4.000 scale) in order to be considered for admission.
Transfer students who are admitted to St. John Fisher College will receive an official transfer credit evaluation upon acceptance. This evaluation will show what credits St. John Fisher College has accepted from previously attended institutions and how these credits will fit into the student’s chosen program of study.
Application Process
Transfer applications are accepted for the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
St. John Fisher College operates on a rolling admission plan. Applications are reviewed as they are received. A transfer application is complete once we have received:
A completed application accompanied by the $30 application fee.
Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
Official high school transcripts for students who have completed less than 24 credit hours at the college level.
Thank you for your interest in transferring to St. John
Fisher College. Each year, more than 350 full-time and 100 part-time

semesters, and are free to choose from any of our 31 undergraduate academic
programs.
At St. John Fisher College, we are committed to delivering the services
