First Friday Lecture Series

President Gerard J. Rooney will provide updates on the College and share his vision for the future of Fisher.

Campus Tours

Alumnae Luncheon, Hosted by Susan Rooney: "C-Suite Success"

Enjoy lunch with your fellow women graduates hosted by Susan Rooney, wife of President Rooney. The lunch includes a women’s leadership panel featuring

The Ten Under 10 Awards Reception

5:30-7:30 p.m. · $20 · Oak Hill Country Club
Honor 10 of the brightest young graduates of the last decade at this cocktail reception and ceremony. To nominate an alumnus from the Classes of 2007-2017, go to alumni.sjfc.edu/alumninomination. Nominations close September 1.

Alumni Reunion Party at Back Nine Grill

6:30-9:30 p.m. · $25 · Back Nine Grill
Food, drinks, and music - just like Friday night when you were a student. All alumni are welcome to join in on the fun with reunion classes at Back Nine (formerly the Maplewood Inn). Price includes food and two drinks. Additional drinks may be purchased at the event.

Class of 1957 hosts the 60th Plus Dinner

5:30 p.m. · No cost · Wilson Formal Lounge
The Class of 1957 celebrates their 60th reunion, along with fellow alumni from the Classes of 1955 and 1956.

Class of 1967 50th Reunion Dinner and Pinning Ceremony

6 p.m. · No cost · Skalny Welcome Center Board Room
Members of the Class of 1967 and guests will celebrate their golden reunion with a 6 p.m. reception, followed by dinner and the 50th reunion pinning ceremony.

Saturday, October 7 

The Saturday Package Deal

Maybe you aced your finance classes. Maybe you didn’t. Either way, you can tell that the Saturday Package is a good deal on food, drink, and entertainment. It includes:

  • Alumni Tailgating and Football Game
  • Food Truck Rodeo
  • The Second City Touring Company

The early bird gets the special: Register for the Saturday package by September 1 and the price is just $40 - a savings of $15.

After September 1, the price of the Saturday Package increases to $50. Registration closes September 29.

Dedication of the Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil the Great

1:30 p.m. · No cost
In 1948, the Basilian Fathers envisioned a freestanding chapel in the heart of campus. Nearly 70 years later, we dedicate the new Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil the Great. Join the Hermance family, Basilian Fathers, and the campus community for this historic event.

Alumni Tailgating and Football Game

3 p.m. · $30 ($10/ages 5-12, free for 4 and under) · Growney Stadium
Food, drink, and a great view of the 4 p.m. game against Alfred University. 

Fisher Food Truck Rodeo

6-8:30 p.m. · $15 · Parking Lot Q (next to Growney Stadium and Polisseni Track and Field Complex)
Who doesn’t love food trucks? Choose from Macarollin’, Meat the Press, Eat Greek, Chef's Catering, J&S Fried Dough, and Abbott’s Frozen Custard for some eats between the game and the Saturday night headliner. Cost includes entree, dessert, and drink.

The Second City

8:30 p.m. · $10 · Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Athletic Center
Bill Murray, Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Jordan Peele, Jane Lynch, John Candy...all graduates of The Second City. Laugh, cry, and participate with the improv and sketch comedy group and see the next generation of great comedic talent. There’s no telling what will happen as The Second City takes over Fisher.


Sunday, October 8

Reunion Mass

10 a.m. · Registration not needed · Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil the Great
Fisher alumni, students, family, and friends come together for the inaugural Reunion Mass in the new Chapel.

Alumni Brunch

11 a.m. · $10 · Cleary Family Auditorium
What’s Sunday without a great brunch? Join fellow alumni from all classes for an all-you-care-to-eat buffet experience.
