01/23/2018 - Humor. That’s the element that School of Business Dean Dr. Rama Yelkur says will help Super Bowl LII advertisers emerge as the most popular on USA Today’s Ad Meter. Yelkur has spent the last 20 years drawing up the game plan for Super Bowl ad success, and will share her research during the February First Friday Lecture on Friday, Feb. 2, at 10 a.m. in Cleary Family Auditorium.

Fisher Student Named “Miss Finger Lakes 2018” Diana Marie Russo

01/23/2018 - Earlier this month, St. John Fisher College student Diana Russo ’18 was crowned Miss Finger Lakes 2018. The pageant, which is part of the Miss America Organization, serves as a preliminary competition for Miss New York, held in June 2018.

01/17/2018 - There aren’t many college athletes who can say they were there when it all started. But for David Cerqua and 17 fellow student-athletes, they’ll make history on Friday, Jan. 19, as the first team to play a match for the St. John Fisher College men’s volleyball team.

The College will be recognizing members of the Class of 2018 who have made an impact during their time on campus with the annual Countdown to Commencement video series each week. Those being featured were nominated by faculty and staff for their hard work and dedication throughout their Fisher experience.

12/22/2017 - St. John Fisher College was named to Kiplinger’s “300 Best College Values for 2018” ranking, which recognizes colleges and universities for academic quality and affordability. Fisher was listed at No. 297 on the full ranking, and No. 99 among private universities.
