Fisher Officially Opens Newest Residence Hall Matha Thornton, Fr. Mannara, President Rooney, Zahedie Martir, and Jack DePeters cut a ceremonial ribbon to mark the opening of Upper Quad Residence Hall.

09/20/2019 - Home to more than 150 students, the Upper Quad Residence Hall is the newest addition to St. John Fisher College’s Residential Life program. On Friday, Sept. 20, members of the Fisher community gathered to celebrate the opening of the residence hall and its impact on the campus footprint.

Five from Fisher Participate in Interfaith Dialogue Conference Jonathan Schott, assistant director of campus ministry, and Sarah Mancini-Goebert, liturgy and music coordinator, along with students Mary Grace Shine, Abdulhady Homed, and Juliette Miller received leadership training on interfaith dialogue during the trip.

09/17/2019 - Over the summer, a group of Fisher students and staff from the Office of Campus Ministry attended the Interfaith Leadership Institute in Chicago, Illinois.

09/16/2019 - St. John Fisher College will roll out the Cardinal red carpet for more than 1,000 alumni and Fisher families during Alumni and Family Weekend 2019. Scheduled for Friday, Sept. 20 through Sunday, Sept. 22, the weekend includes events and activities for the entire campus community.

Internships Elevate School of Business Students RMSC intern Valerie Nguyen donned an astronaut costume to promote events celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.

09/15/2019 - Students in the School of Business across all majors gained valuable experience this summer through engaging internships. Business students interned at dozens of companies holding a variety of positions with each organization, with 15 students earning academic credit, while others completed internships for the experience.
