Three from Fisher Attend Undergraduate Research Programs Institute

A trio of St. John Fisher College faculty members attended the Council on Undergraduate Research Initiating and Sustaining Undergraduate Research Programs institute in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, held Oct. 27-29.

Dr. Christine Nelson-Tuttle, associate professor in the Wegmans School of Nursing, Dr. Wendi Sierra, associate professor in the digital cultures and technology program, and Dr. Kristin Picardo, associate professor of biology and director of the Center for Undergraduate Scholarship, Research, and Creative Work, heard best practices for supporting undergraduate research, which will inform the work of the Center for Undergraduate Scholarship, Research, and Creative Work at Fisher.
